Rotary Clean Flow

แม่เหล็กชนิดนี้เป็นการนำเอาแม่เหล็กถาวร ชนิดตะแกรง (Magnetic Grids) มาเป็นส่วนประกอบ โดยการนำไปวางใน Housing ลักษณะจะเหมือนกับกรงกระรอก และใช้ Motor Gear เป็นตัวขับเคลื่อน ให้แม่เหล็กแท่งหมุนอยู่ตลอดเวลาในขณะที่ทำงาน ข้อดีของการทำให้แม่เหล็กหมุนก็คือจะทำหน้าที่เป็นตัวตี ตัวบดหรือปั่นวัตถุดิบ ซึ่งปัญหาวัตถุดิบในท่อเกิดการอุดตันก็จะหมดไป นิยมนำไปใช้งานกับวัตถุดิบที่มีกำลัง การผลิตมากๆ หรือกับวัตถุดิบที่มีความชื้นสูงและอาจเกาะตัวกันเป็นก้อนได้ ประโยชน์ของการใช้งาน เพื่อดักกรองและดูดจับเศษโลหะที่ปลอบปนออกจากวัตถุดิบ ก่อนผ่านเข้าสู่ กระบวนการผลิตหรือเพื่อเป็นการ Protection ผลิตภัณฑ์ ก่อนถึงขั้นตอนในการบรรจุ ( Packing ) อีกทีหนึ่ง เหมาะสำหรับการติดตั้งกับท่อขนส่งและลำเลียงในแนวที่ตั้งตรงเท่านั้น และลักษณะของวัถุดิบในท่อ เป็นการไหลจากบนลงล่าง (Gravity Flow)

The high intensity magnetic Magnetic Box Rotary - Clean Flow separator has been designed specifically to process difficult products that have a bridging, and or caking characteristic.

The unit comprises of a centrally mounted magnetic rotary, which incorporates numerous ‘Easy Clean’ magnetic bars arrayed around its periphery. The number of rods utilised depends on the inlet and outlet size.

The magnetic rotary assembly rotates, gently agitating the product being processed. It is this agitation that prevents blockages occurring.

All powders and granular type materials that are either dry or semi-dry can be processed through the unit such as starch etc. The Rota-Grid can be supplied to the most stringent of standards, such as required in the Pharmaceutical industry as shown below.

A lockable tamper proof cover plate is provided to ensure only Authorised personnel have access to the unit.
