Permanent Magnetic Pulley

แม่เหล็กชนิดนี้จะทำหน้าที่แทน Pulley ของสายพานลำเลียง เพื่อกำจัดเศษเหล็กและโลหะออกจาก วัตถุดิบที่เคลื่อนมาบนสายพานโดยที่แม่เหล็กจะดูด เศษเหล็กไปยังใต้สายพาน แล้วจึงปล่อยทิ้งให้ตกไปใน ถังเก็บเศษเหล็ก โดยที่ไม่ต้องหยุดการทำงานภายในระบบ อีกทั้งไม่จำเป็นต้องใช้คนทำความสะอาด ( Auto Cleaning ) อุปกรณ์แม่เหล็กชนิดนี้ ทำหน้าที่เป็นตัวขับเคลื่อนสายพาน โดยใช้มอเตอร์เป็นตัวขับ Pulley อีก ที สามารถสร้างและออกแบบได้ทุกขนาดตามความต้อง การของผู้ใช้งาน เหมาะสำหรับใช้ในอุตสาหกรรม ประเภท โรงงานน้ำตาล โรงงานผลิตแป้ง เหมืองแร่ โรงงานกำจัดของเสีย เป็นต้น

The application of the Permanent Magnetic Pulley this unit will extract the iron particles from the materials conveyer on belt and carry these irons to the underside of the belt where they are removed and collected separated. Is to replace the drive roller at the release ( the end ) of the belt conveyors. The iron particles will be separated by the Pulley over a partition plate.
