Permanent Magnetic Filter

แม่เหล็กชนิดนี้เป็นแม่เหล็กถาวร เกรด NEODYMIUM สามารถดูดจับเศษโลหะขนาดเล็กที่มีความละเอียดได้สูงถึง 30 Microns เหมาะสำหรับใช้ในงานผลิตที่เป็นระบบน้ำ หรือ ของเหลวไหลผ่านทุกชนิด เพื่อดักกรอง และ ดูดจับเศษโลหะที่ปลอบปนออกจาก วัตถุดิบก่อนเข้าสู่ขบวนการผลิต หรือ สำหรับโรงงานผู้ผลิตที่ต้องการความสะอาดสูงในผลิตภัณฑ์นั้นๆ เพื่อเข้าสู่มาตราฐาน GMP และ HACCP

สำหรับปลายท่อ (Inlet / Outlet) ของ Magnetic Filter นั้นสามารถสร้างให้ใช้งานได้ทั้ง แบบหน้าแปลน (Flange) , แบบตัวรัด (Ferrule) หรือแบบข้อต่อ (Union) และสามารถทนแรงดัน (Pressure) ได้สูงถึง 10 bar หรือ 145 psi. ส่วนของ Casing นั้นจะทำด้วย Stainless (SUS304) หรือ (SUS316) ได้ตามความต้องการของผู้ใช้งาน ซึ่งมีชนิดที่ทนความร้อนได้ตั้งแต่ 80 C จนถึง 180 C

Permanent Magnetic Filter is NEODYMIUM grade. Magnetic Filters are extremely suitable for assembly in Pneumatic , Liquid lines , Transport and Pipelines flow streams. NEODYMIUM Magnetic Filters are deployed for the removed of matals from raw materials which are transported under pressure.

Magnetic Filter are intended for the remove iron particles of approximately 30 Micron and upwards from liquids being transported under pressure range 6 – 10 bar ( 87 – 145 psi ) Standard operating temperature 80 C upto 180 C Casing manufactured from stainless (SUS 304) or antimagnetic stainless (SUS 316)
